All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend slightly, but we will always notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rate, and Methods

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
All domestic orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping — no minimum purchase required.

Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery in 6–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timing may vary based on carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

A shipment confirmation

A tracking number with a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

You can use this information to monitor your package until it arrives.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped domestically within the USA, so no customs duties or import taxes apply at this time.
If we expand to international shipping in the future, any applicable fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

Glow Sip is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, postal strikes, or carrier issues. In such circumstances, delivery times may exceed the estimates provided.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages:

 within 30 days of the ship date. We will assist you in investigating or arranging a replacement where possible.

Damaged Packages:
If you receive a damaged item, please retain all packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact us at portiaseverin1758@gmail.com
